FEATURES * multi-base structure and emitter-ballasting resistors for an optimum temperature profile. * internal matching to achieve an optimum wideband capability and high power gain. * gold metallization ensures excellent reliability. BLU45/12 The transistor has a 6-lead flange envelope with a ceramic cap. All leads are isolated from the flange. RUGGEDNESS The BLU45/12 is capable of withstanding a full load mismatch (VSWR = 50 through all phases) up to 55 W under the following conditions: VCE = 15,5 V; f = 470 MHz; Th = 25 C; Rth mb-h = 0,2 K/W.
